Learn how to assess your dosha, or current constitution, as well as learn how to move your body, mind, and spirit into greater balance using food, herbs, yoga practice, meditation, lifestyle changes, etc. Discover how the gunas, or subtle qualities of mind, also affect our outlook on the world and shape our habits and thinking patterns. Come learn how to move into your intended state of sva dharma, your highest and intended path of well being, and leave the old behind. All levels.

This workshop will help relieve excess signs of Vata to help your expressive qualities of creativity, enthusiasm, friendliness and liveliness shine through. Balancing Vata is important for everyone, because when Vata is in balance, Pitta (your fire element) and Kapha (your water/earth) are generally in balance as well.
