These workshops will teach you a different sequence of breathwork and meditation techniques. Each class will have a sequence that will allow you to experience the effects of balancing your prana (energy) and chitta (mind). Great for students looking to start a practice as well as existing meditators looking for new ways to open up to greater peace. All classes are founded on the mystical teachings of the 5000+ year old Himalayan tradition of sages and rishis also known as ParaYoga. Open to all levels. NOTE: Please bring a journal and pen if you want to take notes.
