This community class is rooted in the wisdom and teachings of Tantric Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, the Yoga Sutras, energy medicine and more. Inspired by ParaYoga ("Para" means "supreme"), students get the best of Tanya's background with her study of Vinyasa Krama (mindful sequencing), Tejas/Tapas (discipline, inner fire, creativity, fearlessness), and Smarana (rememberance of the supreme self). Some background with yoga is preferred. If you are new to yoga, please consider taking either of the classes below with Tanya at the Yoga Center of MPLS first before attending this class.

This is a special class that is open to anyone who seeks to deepen their connection to source, spirit and their higher selves. If you are not a current or past student of Tanya, please contact her directly to see about taking the class, as space is limited, and the schedule of the class changes from month to month.
