Inspired by ParaYoga ("Para" means "supreme"), students get the best of Tanya's background with her study of Vinyasa Krama (mindful sequencing), Tejas/Tapas (discipline, inner fire, creativity, fearlessness), and Smarana (rememberance of the supreme self). Some background with yoga is preferred. If you are new to yoga, please consider taking either of the classes below with Tanya at the Yoga Center of MPLS first before attending this class. • Beginning Hatha Yoga • Vinyasa Flow - Levels 1/2 • Restorative Yoga This is a special class that is open to anyone who seeks to deepen their connection to source, spirit and their higher selves.
