This 6 week class is for all beginners and anyone wishing to deepen their foundational knowledge of Hatha Yoga. "Ha" means "Sun" in Sanskrit; "Tha" means "Moon." This ancient style helps students learn to balance the natural forces of the Sun: positive energy, physical strength, mental focus, as well as the Moon: healing, restoration and rejuvenation, intuition and creativity. Each six week class will help you to develop a safe understanding of basic yoga postures, their benefits and help you build confidence to move to the next level!

What you will learn:
• A variety of standing and seated poses & warm-ups
• Classic yoga poses to help create flexibility while building strength
• Basic breathwork, relaxation & meditation techniques
• The benefits of a integrating a yoga practice into your daily life both on and off the mat
